Successful Dog Grooming Of Our Blind Dog

A horrible groomer that doesn't adhere to agreements
Alexandra asked what I wanted I communicated clearly showing her pictures of a low and rounded teddy bear cut. I return to a dog closely shaven to his skin. The overall result does not resemble the pictures I showed her at all. It can't even be fixed as my long barely has any hair left. She was even shaving a dog when I brought mine and she asked me if I wanted him like that and I said NO. If she can only do one style of haircut that is just remove all of a dog's hair she should've said so. My dog looks like the one she was shaving after I expressed I didn't like the cut.

My dogs love the groomer and are always excited to see her. The service is great and staff is very friendly. The salon is also very clean! Highly recommend.

Amazing
Good service Daisy smelled amazing and she was so cute with her ribbon . The lady was also very kind, daisy felt comfortable with her . Her nails were perfectly done . Will be back for sure????
