WELCOME TO TRANSFORMATIONS COUNSELING GROUP, LCSW PLLCTransformation is a universal constant affecting your entire life. Almost all transformation and the events leading up to it can be a source of great joy or intense fear and pain. However, many changes are unavoidable. Most importantly, your response to those situations determines the nature of your experiences. When you no longer resist change and instead regard it as a chance to grow, you will find you are far from helpless.
Before you can truly internalize the power to master your destiny, you must accept that you cannot hide from change. Transformation happens whether or not you want it to. Therefore, it is up to you to decide whether to face it with open eyes or close yourself off the opportunity. You can decide if life will run you or if you will run your life.
Our specially trained therapist can help through the journey of change. You don’t have to go through it alone.
