Wonderful!

I had a really delightful visit to the London headquarters of Duxiana. I had had one of their beds many years ago but unfortunately gave it away when I moved abroad. Ever since then, I have realised it was the ONLY bed that I ever felt was perfect and comfortable. I had the appointment in London with Suzan, who was wonderfully helpful. She took her time to explain the different models and was delightful in every way. I had gone into the shop just to have a look and consider perhaps buying a bed - but I came out, having placed an order. I can hardly wait for it to be delivered - I am SO thrilled and cannot imagine why I waited so long before replacing my previous one! Although the beds are - for me - very expensive, I reckon a wonderful nights sleep and a body without aches and pains in the morning is almost priceless. Beyond doubt - certainly worth the price of the bed ! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Good beds but service lacking

Had a comfortable appointment and left feeling very keen and encouraged after a long day of bed testing. Gave all details and we keen to move along but sales woman never got back to us which is very disappointing especially as we were sold on the continuing relationship between dux and clients.
