An hour is a good place to start if you don't know what you need. It's the typical time frame to assess the body and work deep tissue on a couple of problem areas, or enjoy a relaxing full body/maintenance work over.

My preferred and recommended session length, it gives us enough time to relax the nervous system and work deeper focused work on multiple areas, or a full body general deep tissue.

This is essential if you are 12+ weeks pregnant. Choose this service if you are currently pregnant and have never been seen by me before, or a returning client who has just found out you are expecting. I provide pregnancy bolsters specifically designed for clients to lie face down without harming the baby.
