Slow Flow is a style of yoga connecting slow and controlled movements with breath. This practice is great for building strength and flexibility while maintaining your alignment.
These classes are great for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Even if you are new to yoga, I am always there for you with modifications to challenging poses. You are welcome to take rest any time you need.
Each class is 60 minutes.
