Whether you’re completely new to golf or are a seasoned Tour player, we can all benefit from professional golf lessons. We offer one to one lessons through our registered PGA Professional Andy Pestell and Tour Professional James Allan in a comfortable environment regardless of what the weather is like outside. We can help you improve your game and you’ll see the results yourself on the simulator screen. When you practice, you’ll understand what you’re looking to achieve and can see the improvement in your stats on screen. Ces indications pourront être transposées à la mode et vous seront très utiles.- Nous réalisons le maquillage que vous souhaitez pas à pas et je vous partage toutes mes astuces de pro.- Prises de photos pour garder un petit souvenir de cette jolie séance.À la suite de ce rendez-vous je vous enverrai un fichier avec toutes les étapes de ce cours ainsi que mes recommandations et les photos.Apprenez à vous sublimer !

This workout will challenge your full body, focusing on both push and pull exercises you can perform in a bootcamp environment; as well as lower body exercises. Each program is written with balance in mind, meaning while we work the anterior of your body (the front- front deltoids, chest, quads, biceps etc), we don’t neglect the posterior (back- rear deltoids, traps, rhomboids, latissimus dorsi, glutes, hamstrings etc) and lateral (side- lateral deltoids, abductors etc) sides of the body. Everyone’s favourite class because there is no cardio involved!

A crowd favourite! Boxing is the perfect blend of getting that frustration out and having fun at the same time. This class usually involves the basic punches and some sneaky combinations. It’ll get your heart rate up and you wont even realise that you’re actually doing “cardio” because it’s that fun!
