Ce rendez-vous est nécessaire afin d'évaluer la situation et les propositions thérapeutiques adaptées. Pour notre première rencontre, je vous remercie de bien vouloir apporter les éléments suivants :Carnet de santéCompte-rendu des professionnels de santé (bilan ou suivi : orthophoniste, psychomotricien, psychologue, orthoptiste)Documents scolaires comme suivi des acquis ou bulletin trimestriel donnant des indications sur les résultats scolaires et le comportement en classe (si possible depuis le début de la scolarisation)

Uniquement après avoir déjà réalisé le 1er entretien. Ce rendez-vous d'évaluation dure 1h30. En fonction des besoins, le psychologue évalue le développement des capacités de raisonnement, des capacités neuropsychologiques (attention, mémoire, capacités exécutives, cognition sociale) ou l'état psychique. Ce rendez-vous est réalisé en présence de l'enfant seul.

Uniquement après avoir déjà réalisé le 1er entretien. Cette évaluation permet d'approfondir un domaine précis auprès des représentants légaux (autonomie, symptomatologie en vie quotidienne). Ce rendez-vous s'effectue avec ou sans présence du patient (votre psychologue vous le précisera).

In CBT, my role is that of an expert, a guide and a mentor who assists you to become aware of faulty thought patterns, negative interpretations, and the behavioural patterns that are reinforcing your distorted thinking. I will assist you in learning how to identify distorted cognitions and then help you to decide on suitable changes to resolve the problem.This session is for the regular tune ups of your mental health. This session provides you the opportunity to have your voice heard and to guide and support you. Also to ensure any mental health concerns are identified and healed prior to them becoming more serious mental health concerns This session is available via Zoom or via phone.
