An interior detail usually means giving the inside of a car a deep clean—vacuuming carpets and seats, wiping down every surface, and getting into all the little cracks that collect dust. It often includes cleaning the windows, conditioning leather or vinyl, and refreshing fabrics so everything looks sharp again. Basically, it’s making the cabin feel fresh, organized, and way nicer to sit in.

Exterior detailing is all about making the outside of your car look fresh and shiny. It usually means washing off dirt, cleaning the wheels, Clay barring the paint, and sometimes adding a wax or sealant to protect it. 

When I do engine bay detailing, I clean up under the hood so it looks neat and runs cooler. I scrub away dirt, grease, and grime from the engine and all the surrounding parts. Then I finish by dressing the hoses and plastics to make everything look fresh and sharp.
