Focused treatment to relieve tension and pain. This includes some scalp massage to aid relaxation with flowing moves to warm up muscular tissue before deeper treatment to guide out knots and restore freedom of movement. Pressure should not be painful but guided by individual needs. Deeper, more thorough treatments do take longer so please take this into consideration when booking.  As a guide: 30 mins - good for general tension with a few knots 45 minutes/1 hr - substantial stiffness, knots and/or pain. A good result takes time...it probably took a lot longer than 30mins to create all those knots! To really make progress releasing tension/pain consider booking a course of 3 weekly treatments.

Professional massage and wellbeing therapies combining deep relaxation with a thorough, therapeutic treatment.(Please book your first appointment here and then you can arrange 2nd and 3rd appointments directly with your therapist)

A bespoke full body massage including thorough treatment to the scalp, back & neck, legs, feet & arms. A full 45 min is allocated to the back: warming and loosening tension before easing knots to restore comfort and free movement. This treatment offers good time to relax deeply, resulting in a greater letting go of both mental and physical stress.90 and 120 min treatments allow longer for even more thorough treatment still, as well as abdominal massage: a nurturing sensation which supports both digestive and gynaecological systems. Allow time to continue resting afterwards as most emerge rather sleepy!
