Available in Avila Beach.  This chair is  made of aluminum and can be self propelled with the dual wheels and pushed or pulled using the balloon wheels.  The seat and arm rests are covered in hydrophobic foam.  the headrest, chest harness and seat belt are adjustable to keep the user well positioned in the seat.  Foam inserts are available for children.  THIS CHAIR MAY NOT GO IN THE WATER!
