We'll be using the breath and your body as our main tools to reveal what's holding you back. Through deep connected breathing and embodiment practices you will be able to identify where your blockages sit and how to let go of them. 

I’m offering to accompany you for 4-12 weeks to reach your individual state of flow. To let go of old habits, emotions and believe sentences and find a place of happiness within. The sessions can take place in person or online.

Indian Head massage with a twist as it is performed on massage table instead of seated. It is a blissful and rejuvenating experience that targets specific pressure points on your head, face, neck, and shoulders. When I arrive at your location I will require a few minutes to set-up. I will bring the equipment required for the appointment – oils, creams, massage table, music, towels. You can guide me to an area in your house where I can set-up for the session Once I am set set-up I will ask you to fill a simple health questionnaire, although it can be done online prior to our appointment via e-mail. Once the form has been signed, I will give you the space to undress to your comfort level and get ready for the session.

A basic short freestyle begins at $50 with basic one tier designs on only five fingers. This is perfect for anyone with a lower budget that doesn't know what to get done and wants to try something new. If you'd like to have one tier designs on all ten fingers or a mix of tier one and two for a freestyle, it will come out to $60. (MY PRICES ON DESIGNS ARE ON MY INSTAGRAM PROFILE, YOU CAN GET AN IDEA OF WHAT TIERS ARE LIKE ON THERE) Freestyles can go up in price if you message me after booking with your price range and any themes or ideas you'd like me to implement but in the end, I am in charge of the end outcome. 

A blinged out freestyle set/detailed nail art set begins at $80, this includes tier 3 or blinged out and detailed nail art on all ten fingers. Price can be less or more depending on designs but will be specified after booking if you let me know your budget. Please dm me if you have any questions :)

A Medium Full Set of acrylic nails, price shown is for a basic set (PRICES FOR ANY ADD ON OR "TIERS" ARE SHOWN ON MY INSTAGRAM PAGE UNDER PRICES) A basic set can be multiple colors but must be plain unless you add on designs. You can message me after booking for a price estimate for any add ons or inspo pictures. Please do not show up to your appointment without having your design approved by me beforehand. :)

A fill consists of filling in the growth of your acrylic nails with the same acrylic color you had previously. Price shown does not include any design change, if you'd like a different design please message me after you book to receive a price estimate. If you'd like an acrylic color change, that would be charged as a full set, message me if you have any questions.
