Nýtt umsóknarkerfi Reykjavíkurborgar hefur hlotið nafnið Ráðný og er knúið af 50skills kerfinu.

Kerfið gerir stjórnendum kleift að búa til starfsauglýsingar og birta á starfavef borgarinnar ásamt því að vinna úr umsóknum á skýran og skilvirkan hátt.

Farið verður yfir grunnvirkni kerfisins, hvernig auglýsingar eru settar fram, úrvinnslu umsókna og hvernig gögnum fyrir ráðningarsamninginn er safnað í gegnum onboarding hluta kerfisins.

Námskeiðslýsing

Á námskeiðinu verður farið yfir mánaðarlegar samþykktir launalista í SAP Mannauðs- og launakerfis. Yfirferð launalista, sundurgreiningu launa, athugasemdir og samþykki.

Þátttakendur skrá sig í kerfið og vinna með eigin launalista og gögn.

Námskeiðið er ætlað ábyrgðarmönnum kostnaðarstaða.

Þátttakandi þarf að vera með (stjórnandi og ábyrgðarmaður launa) SAP. Ef aðgang vantar þurfa þátttakendur að biðja yfirmann sinn að senda beiðni á fasbeidnir@reykjavik.is, áður en mætt er á námskeið.

Ef beiðni um aðgangsveitingu frá yfirmanni berst ekki a.m.k. 24 tímum áður en námskeið hefst þá getur starfsmaður ekki setið námskeiðið.
