Using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to help you process and release the overwhelming emotions tied to your trauma in a safe, supportive space. We’ll work at your pace, allowing you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to begin your healing journey. This session is all about helping you find peace, reclaim your inner strength, and move forward with renewed hope. You don’t have to face this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I am member or International Society for the Psychoanalytic study of Organisations (ISPSO) I recently attended a two day virtual event with NIODA - National Institute for Organisation Dynamics Australia I undertake regular supervision with a psychoanalyst who is trained in this approach.
