Learn how Tap technology enables brands to communicate direct to customers, while they’re in-store.

Introduksjon til pole dance for nybegynnere. Ha på shorts og bruk gjerne kne beskyttere så du sparer deg for blå merker og vonde knær. Dette kan også kjøpes i resepsjoen hos oss. Pole dance er for alle! Både gutter og jenter! Det er både utfordrende, frustrerende og slitsomt på samme tid, men det er heller ikke noe som er morsommere enn å få til sitt første spin, eller triks! Vi lover deg god stemning, et avslappet og inkluderende miljø hvor alle skal føle mestring og fremgang. Det anbefales tettsittende shorts sånn at du får bedre grep når du skal klatre på stangen, men tights kan også brukes.

Double private lesson for couples 1 hour 50 Minutes

One hour Private Dance Instruction. 30 minutes of technical work followed by training in leaps, turns, jazz choreography, style, performance technique, and musicality. Lessons are $65/hour or a package of 5 for $300.00. All payment forms (Cash, Credit, Check) are accepted.
