Our magical mini shoots provide the perfect opportunity to capture the excitement and love surrounding this special time of year. They also make the perfect gift and display for your home. As with all of our packages, you will receive every digital image captured on the day and pay nothing else - absolutely NO HIDDEN COSTS. If adults wish to join in with the shoot they are encouraged and you will not be charged for this service. An RPTO session is a live interaction that allows me to observe your calls and your screen, through Adobe, for a short time, approx. 30 mins (only 1-3 calls), while you are servicing. This successful technique helps you to lower AHT and perfect your call flow, with a specific focus on most common challenge areas such as navigation, mapping and after call work (ACW). Please schedule an appointment at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled servicing time, so that you can join my adobe room and get logged into everything before your shift starts.
