Half Day Mediation/Arbitration: 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm. VIA ZOOM ONLY                                 Half-day (4 hour) mediation $500 per side which includes a $100 reservation fee due and payable as follows:            1. The mediation/arbitration reservation is not confirmed until all parties have paid the non-refundable reservation booking fee.            2. When the mediation/arbitration is initially reserved, all parties will receive an invoice for the reservation fee that must be paid per the invoice.            3. If the reservation fee is not paid per the invoice, the reservation will be removed from the calendar and that date will be available for someone else to use.             4. The reservation fee is applied to the cost of the mediation/arbitration.             5. The balance of the payment for the full day mediation/arbitration is due fourteen (14) days prior to the mediation/arbitration date. The mediation/arbitration is cancelled if the balance due by any party is not paid fourteen (14) days prior to the mediation/arbitration date. In addition, this office keeps the non-refundable reservation booking fee.            6. Another reservation fee is required if a party reschedules the mediation outside fourteen (14) days from the date of the mediation.            7. After payment in full is made, you will receive a refund of $200 if the mediation/arbitration is cancelled/rescheduled by any party between 13 to 7 days prior to the date of the mediation/arbitration.             8. There is no refund to any party if a mediation/arbitration is cancelled/rescheduled 6 (six) days or less prior to the mediation/arbitration.
