You get to customize the massage to address your current needs. Choose from Swedish, Sports, and/or Deep Tissue Massage. We know that certain muscles require a different touch/technique. So we can use lite to deep pressure and stretches were and when needed.

Using a warm base oil and chosen essential oil, the massage starts with the upper arms, shoulders, upper chest, neck, upper and lower back, (we could stop right here and you’d be in heaven, but there’s still more) …the forehead, temples, entire scalp and face. The art of Ayurvedic Foot (Padabhyanga) Massage includes a combination of various Swedish massage techniques with the use of warmed oils. Kasa bowl work to stimulate the Marma (acupressure) points of the feet, hot towel treatment to end.
