Movements will offer a range of options that include bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells depending on what equipment you may have. Programming will be uploaded and provided prior to class.  Due to current world circumstances and interruptions, there may be changes in the dates and time frames of which these classes are offered but only if it's the last resort and necessity.

Small group (3-12 players) private lessons for 1 hour

Meet with a Sound Body Fitness trainer in order to find out what you and your body needs. The assessment will take 30 minutes or less, and this time will allow the trainer to examine what you can and cannot do. The consultation will follow the assessment, and it will consist of a conversation between you and the trainer about your "body goals," and other important factors that will play a role in your fitness journey.
