Thrive counsellors or psychotherapists provide help for individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD, phobias, interpersonal relationship difficulties, grief, adjustment etc. This service is not suitable for those presenting with severe mental health issues.

Bezpieczna przestrzeń z doświadczonym coachem  lub psychologiem/terapeauta. Podczas spotkania osoba może omówić wyzwania, przemyśleć swoje priorytety i wzmocnić swoją odporność psychiczna. Omówimy strategie radzenia sobie, takie jak współczucie dla siebie, przeformułowanie, samoświadomość i dbanie o siebie. Opiera się na badaniach i porusza tematyke sfer życia, w tym: relacje, karierę, zdrowie i dobre samopoczucie, znaczenie i motywację oraz przyjemność. Skupiamy sie na wszelkich aspektach zycia osoby, w celu zwiekszania odpornosci psychicznej.

A(o) psicóloga(o) atribuida(o) entrará em contacto à hora marcada. Normalmente a consulta é feita através de vídeo chamada pelo WhastsApp ou Google Meet. O pagamento pode ser feito através de transferência bancária, referência multibanco ou MBway após a primeira consulta. Também pode pagar através de PayPal no momento da marcação.
