Please pick up a copy of the Minor form in the Psychology Lobby prior to our meeting.

Thrive counsellors or psychotherapists provide help for individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD, phobias, interpersonal relationship difficulties, grief, adjustment etc. This service is not suitable for those presenting with severe mental health issues.
