One-on-one with Coach John. Coach uses the latest tools and technology to improve performance in a measured environment.

Professional- licensed/insured Futbol training for individuals and small groups of no more than six players. Training sessions will be split up in circuits and spaced at least 10 ft apart.

Our killer kickboxing class.  Includes warm-up and abs. Wraps and gloves required after your 1st session. $15 walk-in price, payable at start of class (please arrive 5-10 mins early!)
