Conducted on the golf course, driving range, putting green or short game area depending on the part of your game that needs the most work. 

To ensure you get the most out of your lesson Liam uses the Flightscope X3 launch monitor which captures ball and club data across the bag. 

Post lesson Liam will send you a video/voiceover breakdown of your lesson and what you need to work on moving forward.

A slightly longer session allows Liam and the student to focus more time on a particular part of the game. With 60 minutes you can really go in depth on problematic areas and put the building blocks in place for future practise sessions.

Entrenamiento en canasta pequeña basado en dotar al jugador/a del mayor abanico de recursos posibles en cuanto a dominio del balón teniendo en cuenta que se encuentra en fase de crecimiento. Nos anticiparemos a los futuros cambios en su centro de gravedad para facilitarle el paso a canasta grande así como a balón de talla 6 o 7 respectivamente.

Todas la sesiones constan de 1 hora efectiva de trabajo en pista.

50€/hora de pista con entrenador

Entrenamiento individual centrado en el trabajo del tiro. Se trabaja con máquina de tiro para llegar a un volumen de trabajo muy alto que permita al jugador o jugadora, a través de la corrección de la mecánica, interiorizar el gesto técnico más óptimo.

Todas la sesiones constan de 1 hora efectiva de trabajo en pista ya que el calentamiento y los estiramientos se realizan a parte.

Entrenamiento colectivo centrado en el trabajo del dominio del balón combinado con la interacción entre jugadores y la toma de decisiones en situaciones tácticas reducidas con o sin oposición. Se trabaja con elementos de tecnificación como varillas de bote, gafas de limitación de campo visual así como con tecnología aplicada al entrenamiento y software de análisis de vídeo.

Todas la sesiones constan de 1 hora efectiva de trabajo en pista ya que el calentamiento y los estiramientos se realizan a parte.

This is a low-impact workout which uses controlled, repetitive movements to build muscular endurance, stability and improved posture.

Tue 10.30am: A low impact, no-contact 45minute aerobic class using boxing techniques and movement to help improve cognitive functions, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

This class is ideal for those older adults who wish to see the benefits to everyday life this can be, as well as physical, it will support mental wellbeing through the social and fun elements of group activities.

Private Lesson to suit individuals (2 Adults max). Increase fitness, lose weight, strength & conditioning, boxing & bagwork. Beginners are welcome to book.

- 1to1 or 1to2    focussed training session with yourself and the instructor.

Private Lessons: 24 hour cancellation notice is required or you will forfeit the cost of the lesson. Regular cancellations will result in no private lessons being offered in future to the customer.
