Students will be taught high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques by our experienced Jiu-Jitsu instructor in an environment that is safe, fun, and challenging.Our instructors are committed to helping parents mold their children into respectful and positive young adults. Parents are encouraged to stay during lessons to witness their kids becoming stronger and more confident with each passing class and to cheer them on every step of the way.

Mon. & Wed. @ 6pm / Tues. & Thurs. @ 7pm Advance your Jiu-Jitsu game flow during this course. Take your training beyond the fundamentals and begin to hone the principles you need to succeed, such as discipline, respect, commitment, and leadership.

You're booking a Dartboard for 1 hour for 1- 2 players

Your booking a 90 minute time slot on 1 Dartboard for 1-2 persons

You will be hiring the whole Venue for 1 hour. This will total 7 Dartboards and can accommodate up to 15 persons. Fantastic for Corporate Hospitality, Local teams tournament play, Family Events, Stag or Hen Parties.

£40 - 1 hour personal training session - you must book an initial consultation first before booking a training session. Block bookings of 10 sessions are charged at £35 each. Please get in touch to discuss.

£50 - A one hour session in which we look at your current diet and discuss different options to activate changes

£50 - Bring your buddy or your partner to your session and sweat it out together is this fun but challenging workout! Block bookings of 10 sessions are charged at £45 each. Please get in touch to discuss.
