Coach D. conducts weekly group training sessions aimed at teaching and enhancing basketball skills. The sessions are beneficial for novice players as well as athletes who possess some experience playing on school or community teams.

All payments are final. In the event of cancellation within a 3-hour window of session start time, payments can be applied to future sessions.

To prevent injuries, it is important to start each class with a warm up and conditioning and end with a cool down. During the beginning classes you may learn: 360 or pirouette spin, Half Spin, Basic Spin, Cross Ankle Spin, Martini Spin, Firema Spin, Front Hook, Reverse Hook, Heel Attitude , Cradle , Chair, Fan Kick, Ballerina, Diamond, Static Hold, Helicopter Make sure you do not wear any jewelry, oils or lotions on your skin. You will learn how to combine different spins and swings using the floor and the pole.

Bolsters, blocks and blankets are often used to prop and assist during active and restful poses. This class can leave you feeling restored and relaxed.

All levels yoga designed to move through poses with your breath. Detail is given for proper alignment and with modifications for all levels.

Chair yoga is an alternative to traditional yoga, which may be too stressful in some situations. Joint pain, back pain, and rehabilitation, are helped by Yoga in a chair. Weight loss, prenatal care, senior issues, stress reduction, and stiffness from office work are also reasons to use this easy Yoga program. The results are similar to traditional yoga poses but are a more gentle fitness program.
