In our Yoga classes, we use a range of postures and flows aimed at helping relieve common pregnancy ailments as well as de stressing the body and mind. You will learn breathing techniques and positions and movements which can help in the labour and birth of your child. This is followed by a 20 minute led Savasana (relaxation) and finished with a calming tea and social time.

Classes have a focus of around 70% strength & 30% conditioning. Each class will teach and involve a variety of movements to challenge your strength, mobility and conditioning. Movements will offer a range of options that include bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells depending on what equipment you may have. Programming will be uploaded and provided prior to class.  Due to current world circumstances and interruptions, there may be changes in the dates and time frames of which these classes are offered but only if it's the last resort and necessity.

Grab a few friends to stay active together from the convenience of your own homes with real time feedback provided. Each participant will participate in a full body movement screen prior to training as programs will be written based on your goals & movement opportunities. Within the group- individualized modification will be provided. Classes will include a variety of movements to challenge & improve your mobility, strength and conditioning. This low impact, online class will leave you feeling toned, strong and with a sense of mental and physical accomplishment. We work together to develop correct techniques and body awareness, perfecting each movement until it becomes second nature.

A 45-minute online session where we review your physical and mental status, go through your recent training, and together plan the upcoming weeks.

In this first session, we get to know each other and lay the foundation for our collaboration. We go through your background, goals, and motivation, while also looking at your overall life situation. The purpose is to understand you as an athlete and as a person, so we can find the best balance between training load and total load in life.

1 on 1 30 minute private lesson with Grand Master Um or Instructor Guizen. Session includes review of curriculum and physical fitness. Lesson for 2 family members is $50
