This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).

Dieser Kurs richtet sich nur an Auszubildende, Schülerinnen und Studentinnen.Alle anderen Interessentinnen können den „Entspannungskurs Damen“ buchen.Der Kurs findet in acht Unterrichtseinheiten á 70 Minuten jeden Dienstag und Donnerstag um 17:00 Uhr statt.

Includes qualified instructor/host & Equipment Hire.  All Levels Welcome. If you are a newbie please attend a SUP INTRO session beforehand.  

Cruise along the coastline or lake for a relaxing paddle with a qualified instructor to give you tips along the way.   Relax with some SUP Yoga stretches & Coffee to finish.

Renting a quad is fun, easy and gives you an off-road option to enjoy the holidays even more!Our quads are 420 cc, fit for 2 people and are delivered with a full tank of gas.We deliver and pick up the quad at your location for free (within range of Santa Teresa/Mal Pais/Hermosa)Usually we deliver at 9AM, however if you would like another delivery time you can fill your desired time in on the form within the booking page.We have a $500 damage deposit fee for every quad!
