We are grateful for the opportunity to pass through the waters together in fellowship, in one of Gods greatest creations, the ocean! Come paddle out with us to give thanks to the Lord, enjoy fellowship, and get some amazing solitude on the water! Requirements for participation would be 18 and over, the ability to swim, basic athletic abilities, and a desire for fellowship on the water. The Daniel Plan SUPM paddle out will be every Monday, at Dana Point Harbor/ Baby Beach, 5 pm (group will launch by 5:30 pm at the latest) to 7 pm (or later if group desires!). Look for the SUP TO YOU canopy on the north side of the beach. A limited amount of SUPs will be available on a first come, first serve basis at no charge. This session is great for swimmers looking to improve technique or skills (e.g. turns or starts) to either be more efficient in the water to make your swimming a little easier, increase your speed for faster times or to prevent injuries that may occur due to poor technique. Multiple sessions are great for keeping on top of the swimmer with these changes or give time to work on a number of issues without overloading the swimmer in one session.
