Specializing in braids and healthy hair!***PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT ***It is imperative when booking your appointment that you click “Read more”/“Details” for SPECIFIC details for your appointment.ALL appointments require a non-refundable $20 deposit (Apple Pay (586) 651-8048 or Cash App $BuildingTheBridges). Your deposit will go towards your service. Your deposit must be paid within 10min of booking your appointment or it will be canceled. Deposits can only be used for ONE RESCHEDULED appt. You must reschedule within in 14 Days, if you do not, your next appointment will require another deposit.In your confirmation text, that you will receive the day before your set appointment time, the exact address will be included along with your remaining balance (to be paid in exact cash ONLY);  IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS CONFIRMATION TEXT BY 7 PM, THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, I WILL ASSUME YOU NO LONGER WANT TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE CANCELED, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED!!! This WILL count as a NO CALL-NO SHOW!!!! No call, no show appointments deposits will be forfeited and will not be able to schedule any future appointments!If cancellations or changes need to be made, clients are required to do so via TEXT MESSAGE (586) 651-8048 at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment.Same day changes are not allowed due to timing.  Same day changes include desired hair color, length, parting and size. ALL CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.Hair must be at least 4 inches. No short hair, blunt cuts, severe balding or relaxed hair allowed. There is an intake questionnaire. If your hair is shorter than 4 inches, blunt cut, or relaxed and you do not properly answer the questions your appointment will be canceled upon arrival and your deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!HAIR IS INCLUDED FOR ALL SERVICES EXCEPT FAUX LOCS!!!! (Price is still THE SAME if you decide to provide your own hair)  Preferred final payment method: Exact cash amount ONLY! No other form of payment will be accepted! Out of respect to other clients and my time please make proper adjustments to your schedule to ensure that you arrive ON TIME the day of your appointment. I do not rush through my services so please be mindful of the ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME of your appointment. Time does vary based on head size, hair type, length of braids, as well as parts. If are unable to sit for the allotted time of your appointment due to back pain or any other medical condition it is advised that you do not book a lengthy style.AFTER 15 MINS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! I have a very TIGHT & TIMELY schedule! If you are pulling up on the 16th minute your appointment WILL BE CANCELED!
