Todays visit went very well. I arrived early, was taken in quickly and we went through all the needed paperwork with no problems. Ladies were helpful and we were done in no time. Great job!

Passport application
My daughter was able to submit her passport renewal application at the library by appointment. What a great service! Ellen made the whole process easy. Thank you WBPL for saving me a trip to the passport office!

Ellen was extremely helpful. She informed me of all the needed information/paperwork for the application. She made the process simple. I filled out my application on line and printed it out. Everything was ready for my appointment. I was lucky enough to have an appointment the next day. In and out. 2 checks needed. Excellent service!!! Thank You Ellen!!!

West Bridgewater library staff was excellent during passport application process. FYI: things are easier and quicker if you read directions, bring in requisite paperwork, and fill out application and print.

Thank you for providing another great service at our local library. Ellen was well prepared for us to process a new passport. If you want to make the process faster, fill out your paperwork beforehand. Very happy to hear that the fee charged ($35) is being used for more updates to our Library. You’ll need another check for US Dept. of State

Delightful Passport Experience!
Last minute Sally here needed a passport. Didn’t want to wait in line at the Post Office, so searched other locations. Saw that the WBPL was a processing center and made an appointment online for the same day! Ellen, the lovely woman charged with passport processing, is a delight! Highly efficient and gracious, Ellen prepared my documents in less than 20 minutes! She even thanked ME for being well prepared! U would highly recommend WBPL as a passport processing center! By appointment only, and as the other reviewer mentioned, bring two checks or money orders to pay the separate fees. No cash or credit cards!

Excellent addition to library services. Pleasant and painless experience! Don’t forget checkbook as it is not payable by credit or cash. Library personnel lovely.
