Cupping is a traditional technique to remove stagnation and stimulate the blood flow. Cups are placed over a point or area first defined by a pre-exam of the tissues. A handheld suction pump is used to remove air from the cups and create a vacuum. They are left from five till twenty minutes depending on the nature of the individual’s condition. The low pressure suction stimulates the capillaries under the skin which activates the muscular blood vessels. By drawing impurities to the surface, cupping loosens connective tissue or fascia and stimulates their relaxation.

Conception, in-utero development and delivery are stages to be taken which will modify the body, mind and psyche of women. Hormonal fluctuations, pain, anxiety are so many elements that need to be relieved in order to help the mother-to-be.
