This beginners course is a great introduction to bicycle maintenance and is suitable for people who have never touched an allen key in their life, or people who have muddled through a puncture repair but would like to improve their confidence and skills.

After the course you will be able to check your bike before a ride to make sure it is road worthy, or repair a puncture much more confidently. You will also pick up some tips for keeping your bike in good shape, hopefully making your servicing intervals less frequent.

Learn the right way to fix a puncture and the basics of cycle maintenance! All attendees will receive an advanced tool kit containing a puncture repair kit, set of 3 super B tyre levers, wet/dry lubricant and a SuperB 18 in 1 folding tool.

A weekly 2 hour session for intended to help women from all backgrounds who have mastered the basics of cycling and wish to build on their existing cycling skills to take the next step towards cycling independently.

This session is exclusively for women and is delivered by female instructors only. Bikes can be provided free of charge. 

Run in tandem with Cycle Sisters, whilst this training is open to all women, it is delivered with the needs of Muslim women in mind.
