Live Room Rental
The Live Room is a 450 Square Foot rehearsal or performance space, fully equipped with all of your production and backline needs. This space includes:
- Professionally acoustically treated venue
- Stage lighting and dimmable ambient room lighting
- Full PA system with 12 channel mixing board
- Drum kit with all cymbals
- 88 Key Electric Piano
- Bass amp and three guitar amps
- 3 microphones and 8 mic stands (we recommend bringing your own mic if possible)
- Private bathroom
The Live Room can be booked for one-time rehearsals/events OR for recurring rehearsals/events. If you would like to book recurring timeslots, please contact us at sandrodominelli@gmail.com and we will send you a specialized booking link.

The Healing Room is a 650 Square Foot venue that can fit 50+ people for a workshop/seated event OR up to 15 people for yoga classes. This space contains:
- Ambient mood lighting including ring lights for live streaming
- TV with HDMI cable for presentations
- Ample power for charging cables and laptops
- 12 individual mattresses for relaxation or sound healing events
- Access to 2 Planetary Gongs, singing bowls, ocean drum, steel tongue drum
- Access to over 60 planetary tuning forks (weighted and unweighted)
- Massage table (as needed)
- Tea station and cups
- Beautiful wooden desk with chairs (if needed)
- Private bathroom
- Chairs and tables (as needed)
