A Free transportation service designed to meet the needs of agencies and non-profit organizations that require assistance with transporting Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities. Transportation Request must be for non-urgent medical appointments. Booking slots are for one-way trips only. You must book the return trip separately.
Van Service for (SMALL) group rides

Agencies can reserve a 5-passenger van for the day. The van will take riders to locations (chosen by your agency) such as the grocery store, shopping mall, local senior center, etc.The Agency must provide FAME with the list of requested destinations

Agencies can reserve a 5-passenger van for the day. The van will take riders to locations (chosen by your agency) such as the grocery store, shopping mall, local senior center, etc.
The Agency must provide FAME with the list of requested destinations and will work closely with FAME to schedule the times of pick-up and drop off for each trip.
Shuttle Service for group rides
