Rachel Sever (she/her), Heart Embodied Massage, LMT, CMT, with 12+ years bodywork experience. I'm a polyvagal-informed Somatic Integrationist, trained in NeuroAffective Touch and deep connective bodywork. I use an Accessibility Scale for my pricing (see below)* and specialize in somatic integration: awareness-based, deep connective tissue (fascia) bodywork, with safely held-space for exploration of mind-body-heart connections, supporting increased embodied awareness and nervous system regulation.You are welcome as you are; all genders, races, body types, national origins, and neurodivergencies warmly welcome. ​​​And definitely LGBTQI+ friendly.I have a certificate from Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Hawaii in Awareness-Oriented Structural Integration, and have previous field experience in social services and mental health, have managed and led embodied mindfulness retreats and workshops, and have offered bodywork at yoga retreats and in business settings, in addition to in my own studio spaces in 3 countries (US, Germany, France). In addition to English, I speak German and French, and can understand basic Spanish. *My pricing uses an ACCESSIBILITY SCALE, based on your discernment. When considering, balance your financial situation with allowing yourself to feel a sense of generosity in exchange for my energy and skills. The listed rate is the "SUSTAINABLE RATE" is sustainable for me, and means you are currently in a situation that's more or less sustainable for you. The higher "ALLY RATE" means you can share the abundance if you're doing well financially, so that I can continue to offer lower rates to those who need it. The lower "ACCESSIBLE RATE" is intended for unemployed folks, students, those in low-paid and socially-undervalued jobs, and those for whom systemic factors have made it difficult to reach higher paying jobs or economic stability, etc...     Incredible

    Rachel is my all-time absolute best massage therapist. Her work is so profoundly integrative and intuitive it touches on everything and it is therefore not only a fabulous phsyical healing work but also a spiritual, peaceful and loving cleanse. Rachel is generous, guided by love, presence and curiosity, which, combined with her skills and experience, makes her an absolute gift to anyone she will work with. She also worked on my 14 year old daughter and made the same impression. If Rachel still worked near me, I would continue to invest seeing her as regularly as possible. Her efforts to work with a pay scale is also a testament to her generosity. I find comfort in knowing others will experience her gift.

    such healing qualities!

    Rachel is one of the best massage therapists I know! She has such a wealth of knowledge which, paired with her intuition, leads to a deeply healing massage experience. I value her work so much. She has managed to untangle knots in my body that years of physical therapy weren't able to. And I love the fact that her space is prejudice free and you can really be there as you are, no matter your body type.

    Amazing Body- and energy worker

    I know Rachel for about 12 years now. And since I am consulting her reactive or preventive for all sorts of pains and issues with my body. For every challenge I showed up with she did her magic with her hands and mind to relief and lessen the pain. She holds not only a huge amount of knowledge, but also experience and intuitive sensing on how to „heal“ the body. She is in my eyes a real healer! After every session I feel balanced, refreshed and rejuvenated! Highly recommend her approach, especially the check-ins before , reflections during and check-outs after our sessions I highly appreciate and they help me to also grow as an individual.

    Bespoke, high-quality massage

    A session with Rachel is far more than a wellness massage. She takes time to assess my physical and emotional needs prior to each session, and then creates a customized treatment pulling from her studies in naturopathy, anatomy, structural integration, trauma release, and massage therapy. Her calm, focused, caring energy is a pleasure to receive. My go-to treatment is a 120 minute massage, with lots of attention to my feet, arms and hands, and neck. I am a professional massage therapist, and quite picky about who I choose to see for my monthly massages. Rachel is my number one choice!

    Intuitive, healing bodywork

    Rachel is one of the best nodyworkwrs I've had the pleasure of receiving healing work from. That's because she is gifted and attuned to the body's feedback on the level of pressure being applied and things like that, so I could comfortably lean into the service being provided without the awkwardness that can sometimes occur when someone isn't quite in tune with me. So I had a very smooth and thoroughly enjoyable, effective treatment, and I'm sure this will be the case with many more people, give her a try!
