At Serendipity Cleaning we understand that every home is different and that each home is to be cleaned accordingly. Therefore, we provide required FREE walk-throughs. Our walk-throughs allow us to formally meet our clients, their family/ pets before a scheduled clean in turn to generate comfort between both parties. During a walk-through we have our clients show us their main cleaning concerns, as well as we note main targeted areas. Once we have toured the home and collected notes/photos, we go over in details with our client to set up a plan of action for the clients clean.
