This was the best option I swear!!! My ob didn’t even print me pictures so having them printed and so easy to see was absolutely amazing!!! Maddy and Lauren were awesome!!!! 10/10 recommendation!!!

Amazing experience!

We were visiting from out of town and wanted to do a sneak peek with family. From the start Lauren was so helpful with booking and made our experience SO special. We had the best time peeking at baby and she gave us great pictures we will cherish forever! Truly a great experience and you can tell she really cares and loves doing this. Cannot recommend her enough!

Great Sonographer

We had a wonderful sonographer. She helped us find out we are having our first little boy although he was hiding it hard and then bam he showed it all out. and my heart just burst because I have my dad's first grandson and he only has all girls right now and he's battling a really awful cancer and things have not been going well. We also got a lot of advice about Hamot as I am delivering there and I have fast labors and my sonographer also related to that. She was so sweet and gosh, I just appreciated how much she helped my anxiety. And for working hard to get pictures of this baby gender because it was not looking good at one point. THANK YOU! We will be back for a 4D.

Amazing Experience!

I loved everything about this. It was so nice to be able to check on my baby, especially with the added anxiety from a previous loss. It was worth every cent and such a good experience. She was very nice and showed me the baby’s heart as I had some concerns and wanted to check. She explained things to me and I was really appreciative to have someone be so understanding and helpful. Definitely recommend. It’s better than any other ultrasound experience I’ve ever had.

Disappointing lack of reveal for our family

As the aunt of the person who had the unfortunate experience with this ultrasound business, I feel compelled to share my dismay. Today was supposed to be a joyous occasion for my niece and her husband as they eagerly anticipated learning the sex of their baby and capturing precious ultrasound pictures. However, their hopes were shattered when the local clinic they initially chose was closed for the next month. In their search for an alternative, they found a seemingly reliable place in Erie with positive reviews and recent posts. They even offered weekend appointments for added convenience, which seemed perfect. Imagine their disappointment when they embarked on a tiring hour and a half drive early in the morning, only to be met with a locked door and darkened lights. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone calls and Facebook messages, they were met with silence. It is disheartening that there was no indication online, be it Google, Facebook, or the website itself, that the business was closed. In fact, their website allowed my niece to secure an appointment and make a down payment, raising their hopes even higher. In a desperate attempt to make sense of the situation, my niece revisited the website to confirm her appointment. Shockingly, not only was her appointment missing, but there were also no future openings listed on the calendar. It felt as if the business had vanished into thin air, leaving them with no choice but to dispute the charge and seek a refund. The most distressing part is that they still haven't had the opportunity to see their baby. To make matters worse, the business later responded on Facebook with a dishonest claim that they were present and that their staff member was in constant communication with the owner. However, if that were the case, why didn't they bother to answer any of my niece's numerous phone calls? It's clear that this business has no interest in making amends and has shown complete disregard for their customers' well-being. In light of this ordeal, my niece has taken the appropriate steps by reporting the incident to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and their bank. It is disheartening that a business can operate in such a deceptive manner without facing any consequences. If it were up to me, I would not hesitate to give them a negative rating and warn others to steer clear of such an unprofessional establishment.
