Follow up visit
1 hour 1:1 treatment sessions that are a follow up to the initial evaluation which includes education, manual techniques (soft tissue mobilization, IASTM, passive range of motion, and active release technique), and therapeutic exercises/activities to help decrease your symptoms and achieve your goals. Modalities such as heat/ice and the Normatec compression system may also be used during these treatments to decrease symptoms and to accelerate the healing process.
