The first ever edition of The KB Coach's 'Clean & Snatch' seminar is a 3-hour intensive workshop that covers absolutely all bases to help you master the two most technical movements in KB training. As a StrongFirst SFGII, I've learned the techniques outlined in the seminar from the world's most qualified instructors. I'm happy to be able to distill this info into an easy-to-understand course that will have you breaking PR's and coming away with some vital cues for instructing kettlebell training to others. What's included?- 3 hours of instruction with a limited group size (10 people).- A multiple page booklet including cues, workouts, mobility, tips for maximising your efficiency & more- Food & drink included.- Learning from one of the most qualified kettlebell coaches in the country.- Meeting other like-minded people.Payment is upfront; £59.99 for everything outlined above. Kettlebell Strong - 60 Minute Class
Learn from one of the North West's most accredited KB coaches in this 60 minute class.We start with movement-specific mobility, followed by a fully-coached lifting block where we learn and master different skills each week. We then apply what we've learned in a 20-minute interval circuit.All abilities welcome - we host a mixture of experienced members and those completely green to training to create an environment that challenges everybody to be better!
