We ask for you to arrive on site at The Old Citrus Estate and Farm no later than 10 mins early for your session and be totally ready to go so that we can maximize your time slot. This will ensure we have the chance to capture the most amazing pictures possible in our allotted timeframe of 15 mins. Because we will be holding back to back mini sessions in order to offer as many time slots as possible, we will be unable to extend your time if a late arrival or start. If late or unprepared arrival should occur, we will capture as many images possible in the time frame remaining. 

Your session will include one backdrop, by one photographer for 15 mins and your selected photographer will provide you with 10-15 professional edited images. If you should chose to request to purchase more images you may do so by contacting your photographer directly.  

There is an option to request to include goat(s) in your camper minis. If you would like that option you must please select and request it ahead of time so that we have the staffing available to assist with including the goat(s).

Full payment will be required up front to secure your spot. 

Since this is an outdoor experience, if there is severe weather or unforeseen circumstances on the farm that would require us to cancel or postpone, we will reschedule your session date. Your funds may be applied to a future available session date. Otherwise it is non transferable or refundable. If you are unable to attend your session for unforeseen reasons, we will happily apply your mini session funds to another style shoot at future time.

Please note: -It’s a farm! It’s dirty, there are lots of bugs! It is all outdoors. There is a chance of in-climate weather. It is indeed Florida. There is no indoor area available to the public. So keep these tips in mind.

-There are NO PUBLIC restrooms available yet on the farm. (We are diligently working on this.) We will have the tiny home bathroom available in case of extreme emergencies only please.
