Sharing the screen
Technology for sharing in Meeting Room 2 wasn't functional. Even IT was unable to help.

Ventilation
The meeting room 1 has no windows or ventilation system, there were others before me, making it even more suffocating

Didn't go as planned
The meeting room is not sound proof so when you have discussions everyone in the library can hear you. It doesn't work very well for discussing topics or group studying. I wouldn't recommend for group meetings.

Noise
If you would use proper doors it would actually be possible to use the ”meeting room“ as an actual meeting room. The staff also might mot need to come into the room every 3 minutes to tell the students that they should be more silent. Obviously didn’t think it through.
