Please use the 'book now' button above to book your free telephone consultation with one of our pharmacists, to discuss the new medication that has recently been prescribed to you by your NHS GP.
This free NHS service is called the New Medicine Service (NMS) and is here to help make sure you take and use this medication correctly, and we can also answer any questions you may have on how it works or any potential side effects.
PLEASE NOTE: You should only book an appointment if this is the first time you've been prescribed this new medicine.

Simply use the 'Book Now' button above to book your free telephone appointment now, and choose a time and date that suits you best for one of our pharmacists will give you a call. We'll send you a reminder the day before so you don't forget.
Please only book this service if you have never had this medicine in the past from another pharmacy and your new medicine should be used for one of the following conditions:
Asthma and COPD; Diabetes (Type 2); Hypertension; High cholesterol; Osteoporosis; Gout; Glaucoma; Epilepsy; Parkinson’s disease; Urinary incontinence/retention; Heart failure; Acute coronary syndromes; Atrial fibrillation; Long term risks of venous thromboembolism/embolism; Stroke / transient ischemic attack; and Coronary heart disease.

Book this slot for one of our pharmacists to give you a call between the start and end time. They will help make sure you are using any new medication recently prescribed to you by your GP correctly, and provide you with helpful advice on how it works and any side effects to look out for.
Please book a date which means you will have been taking your new medication for at least 7 days but no longer than 14 days.
This service is available for medicines only in the following categories:
