Les membres associés ne sont donc pas autorisés. Un planning hebdomadaire de présence sera établi en limitant le nombre de personnes présentes simultanément à 15 (5 pour le département IA et 10 pour le département LM). A partir du 1er juin 2020, ce chiffre passera à 16 suite au retour en présentiel des membres de l’UPS DITEX. Ce planning sera consultable en ligne afin de gérer les urgences éventuelles, dans la limite des 15 (puis 16) personnes prévues. Les échanges de mails ou réunions à distance (audio ou visioconférences) devront être privilégiés aux contacts directs. Il est conseillé de réduire les contacts directs avec le personnel administratif. 

This consultation begins with a mobility assessment followed by an assisted table-based passive stretch, used to decrease pain, tightness and physical stress in order to recover range of motion and circulation in the joints. This recovery method also helps enhance performance, energy and sleep. The mobility assessment allows me to learn your limitations so I can provide you with tools for you to work on your mobility outside of our session. You will receive an email with your assessment along with videos of exercises that you can do at home to increase your mobility. These exercises are chosen specifically for your needs. This option is for individuals that want to decrease their risk of injury. Improving your mobility teaches your joints how to bear load at vulnerable positions. If you notice yourself unable to do certain exercises because your range of motion is lacking mobility, this option is for you! 60 min personal training session for those who need 1 on 1 guidance on how to do the mobility exercises provided from the mobility assessment. We will be doing the stretches and mobility drills together so you have a better understanding on how to do them at home. I will be incorporating other routines and exercises aside from the ones I have already provided.
