A gentle Hatha class, followed with a couple of yin/restorative postures and a lovely, long relaxation to end. Perfect for the end of the week, recharging your batteries for the weekend!

This is the most commonly practised style of yoga in the West. In each class you’ll work with balancing the mind, body and breath. This is achieved by working with the breath (Pranayama), the physical postures (Asanas) and the calming of the mind through relaxation and short meditations.

All classes start with a short meditation. This helps you to just relax from the day you’ve had and arrive on your mat. You’ll then move into the physical practice and explore the wonderful postures of yoga and close the session with a deep and beautiful relaxation.

The pace of the class is steady, with gentle to deep stretches helping to relax the body, help release tension, increase circulation and de stress the mind. 

A deeply, relaxing style of yoga. Restorative yoga focuses on undoing stress that so many of us experience in life.

We often end up so busy that we can forget to take time to relax. Restorative yoga poses are supported and passive and can be held from five to fifteen minutes. During this time you are supported in the poses using blankets, pillows and blocks.

This invokes the body into a deep relaxation, which is healing to the nervous system and organs. It helps to ease muscle tension, general fatigue, insomnia, aids lowering blood pressure, improves immune function and helps digestion.

Great for anyone with auto immune conditions, chronic illness, anyone in recovery or simply to de-stress and give your body and mind some well deserved TLC.

ЙОГА В ГАМАКАХ ДЛЯ БЕРЕМЕННЫХ, йога в воздухе, антигравити йога для беременных. Чем мы будем заниматься на уроках йоги в воздухе в период вынашивания малыша. В течении всего занятия будем принимать комфортные расслабляющие положения тела. Находясь в расслабленном положении, нам удастся потренировать сердце, повысить уровень нашей выносливости, окрепнуть и вступить в роды в прекрасной физической форме (позы стоя с опорой на гамак). Снимая нагрузку с ног, будем тренировать сосуды (отеки, варикоз, геморрой) (позы перевернутые).

Aerial yoga losar um spennu í hrygg öxlum og mjöðmum, Aerial yoga vinnur á einbeitingunni, jafnvæginu og miðjunni (magasvæðinu). Þú kemur til með að finna fljótt mun á styrkleikanum. Við förum út fyrir þægindahringinn með að snúa okkur við þar sem að fætur snúa upp og höfuð niður. Því meira sem að við gefum eftir, þess meiri losun finnur þú fyrir í líkamanum. Ótrúlega skemmtileg nálgun á mjög öflugu yoga.

Yin jóga kemur þú í veg fyrir samfall, ótímabæra hrörnun, samgróning og við aukum súrefnis-og blóðflæðið. Yin jóga styrkir og lengir vöðvana, eykur liðleika og getu okkar. Áhersla er lögð á algjöra kyrrð, að vera í núinu og auka meðvitund um líðan sína og líkamsvitund. Flestar stöður eru gerðar sitjandi eða liggjandi þannig að flest allir geta stundað yin jóga. Stöðum er haldið allt frá 3 til 10 mínútur með það að markmiði að efla orkuflæði líkamans og næra djúpvefi líkamans, bein og liðamót.

Jóga nidra er 35 mín dekur fyrir huga líkama og sál. Margar rannsóknir benda okkur á að streita er stór orsök margra sjúkdóma t.d. meltingatruflana, þunglyndis, kvíða og bólgum í líkamanum. Með því að stunda jóga nidra nærðu andlegu jafnvægi, Þar getur líkaminn náð að heila sig og hugurinn að núllstilla sig.
