About the company
To schedule an appointment you must make a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 30$ & 150$ for courses. This deposit will secure your appointment and also go towards the cost of your payment. The rest of the payment must be be paid in CASH the day of your appointment. Once you have made a deposit you will get a confirmation TEXT/EMAIL with the address in it so please be sure to put the correct information!!! ONCE BOOKING YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE APPOINTMENT TYPE(whatever you book will remain the sameAlso NO EXTRA GUEST OR KIDS ALLOWED. If you are more than 10min late I will charge an extra 20$, if you are not in my chair by the 14th minute your appointment will automatically be CANCELLED and you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT!! Ladies I will send a confirmation text the morning of your scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment!! Please make sure you input the correct information to receive the text!! You must text back to confirm 3-4 hours prior to the appointment. If needed please cancel or reschedule within that 24 hour time frame to reframe from any extra charges. 1-on-1’s must be reschedule 48 hours prior to the appointment if not the appointment is non-transferable, you will have to schedule a whole new appointment. If a 1-on-1 is canceled same day your card will be charged 50% of the service NO EXCEPTIONS. Any reschedules must be rescheduled within 30 days to reframe from paying a new deposit. You can ONLY reschedule once, after that a new deposit is required. You are NOT allowed to reschedule or do any last minute CANCELLATIONS the day of your appointment , if you do YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT NO EXCUSES !!
