Morning Torture
I have never in my life wanted to workout. I would do the gym and quit. I would never stay committed. I call it my morning torture because I am making every excuse the night before and the morning not to go. But I am up every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and get my butt there and do the most I possibly could. I have never had a love hate relationship with a workout program like this one. I absolutely can't wait for the next workout. Melissa is simply amazing...And all the people there at 4:30am are so encouraging and helpful when you want to give up. I love this place!!!!

Morning workouts
Andrea is an amazing and inspiring fitness instructor. She is always positive and will push you beyond your comfort zone without you even realizing it. I struggled for a few years after illness to get back to the gym. I lacked self confidence and was hesitant about joining. So glad I decided to stick with it, I’ve never felt better!

First visit
I walked in and was told to grab some steps and 7 lb weights and stand in the back. Thank goodness for the ladies in the back row for helping me set up and get thru the workout. I could not understand much of what Andrea was saying because her mic was muffled and loud beating music. Not the best experience for me.

The best time!!
If someone would’ve told me a week ago that I would be scheduling multiple exercise classes a week at 4:30am I would probably tell them that they were crazy. But here I am doing just that.???? This place is literally addicting!! It’s the most upbeat, motivating, and welcoming place that I have ever been to. I have absolutely no regrets for trying it out. There is no better way to start my morning than with a little time to focus on myself & if you think that you could benefit from a little bit of “you time” too, this is the place!!

Do it for yourself!
It took me some time to finally decide to join. I had a lot of excuses. It is too far, too early, I don’t have time etc. I am used to working out at home, mostly weight lifting. But I came to a point where I knew I wasn’t pushing myself. I needed more. So I let go of my excuses and gave it a try. I figured what did I have to lose? Stepping into a group environment was terrifying for me. But I don’t feel any judgment there. Just a bunch of women that are pushing themselves to the next level. It has not only changed and pushed me physically but mentally as well. Just when I think I can’t, I push a little hard and surprise myself. What Andrea has created is amazing. To see so many women empowered in one place is so inspiring. If you are in doubt remember to do it for yourself!

Amazing classes
I debated joining the Fitness fulfillment classes for two years because of a back injury. With help of friends, encouraging me to try it I was hooked after that . Andrea and her team has helped me tremendously and I can see my body transforming. I cannot thank her enough and the army behind her that gives you so much encouragement.

430AM WTH
I literally NEVER thought I would be into exercising....and at 430AM!!! NUTS!! But I'm hooked and the time is not bothering me a bit!! From the different routines every day to the upbeat music and RIDICULOUSLY awesome instructor Andrea, this place is my new obsession????. I'm SOOOOOO THANKFUL this place popped up right near me!!!

The best thing I’ve ever done for myself!
I’ve not exercised with any consistency or any challenge in the past 25 years. I thought I was too old (59) to participate in this super-challenging full-body workout, but with modifications, I am DOING IT! Andrea and Melissa motivate me and instill confidence in the entire class of our abilities to exceed our own expectations! The women in the class are very welcoming, encouraging and supportive. I’ve never felt better, and I am growing stronger. I love this group—the favorite part of my day!

Loved it!!
My First day was not easy at all since I haven’t worked out in a very long time during and after my pregnancy so, I’m trying to give my best during the work outs even tho is tough I do take my little breaks .I’m so excited for this new journey I felt so welcoming to this place.
