Message me when you are here and wait in your car till I give you the okay to come in.No extras allowed!Meaning no friends, boyfriends or family including children allowed to come with you to your appointment! Unless told otherwise!SicknessIf you are sick, wake up feeling sick, allergies going crazy, coughing, sneezing or consistently blowing your nose cancel your appointment!If ANYONE shows up sick or with any of these symptoms to their appointment I will deny you any services and you will no longer be considered a client! Why? Because you do not care about my health or the health of my family so I do not need you as a client.I ask that phone use is limited and only used in case of an emergency. Upon arrival I ask you have your design ready and sent to me. Please remember this is how I make my income so an empty spot is a loss of money and time for me.No call/No shows will be dropped as a client immediately!Failure to pay will result in being dropped as a client!Late PolicyI understand that things happen!If you are going to be late to your appointment, please let me know previously to your appointment time. If I am not notified I will assume you are not coming and your appointment will be canceled after the 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $20. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will have to cancel the appointment and charge you a "last minute cancellation fee" of $40 and will have to pay for the missed service in full. This will need to be paid prior to re-booking if not paid it could result in being dropped as a client. If you are less than 15 minutes late I will still try to service you, if possible. I will have to do something that will only take up the remaining appointment time. I cannot do elaborate designs and run into the next appointment time.At my discretion, I reserve the right to no longer service clients who have not respected my time or policies. Clients with multiple cancellations or missed appointments will be fired. Time is money and I work to support my family. An empty chair is a missing chunk of my pay check. Please respect my time and I will respect yours.Thank you for understanding and reading my policy!Please keep in mind this is not personal what so ever it is just business!

Amazing and fun!

Gabbi slays my nails 100% of the time and we always have a great time doing it. She creates these beautiful masterpieces on my fingers and I leave happy and smiling 100% of the time. She’s so kind and I’m so grateful for her. I won’t use anyone else!
