    You can do better

you are a lifeline for all of us waiting for a non-responsive, non-existent healthcare system and for that I am very gratful. Yet, you platform is unecessarily complicated. The website (websites?) is confusing and not user friendly. After several months of using it I am still struggling just to get some blood tests prescribed..... You can also make the financial aspect clearer. The personal appointments were always great. Overall a good service, but with a bit of effort in improving the website and the communication you can do a better service to the community.

    Scam company

Paid all initial setup fees, IGS in January, almost £300 paid and no followup contact, email contact no longer works and is just left unanswered, link to set appointments no longer works. They just took the money and ran.

    Left in the dark

IGS was 26th April paid all fees ect. Heard nothing back or know how to get in touch to see where everything is at. 2nd £30 membership due 24th May but don't think I should be paying membership again yet till I hear back. Love how this company hear to help but at same time leave us in the dark. 2 stars is mainly based on response times

You immediately get lost in the system

I had my IGS a month ago now, in which session this very nice person told me that I was approved for testo gel and should just keep a lookout for my prescription in my mailbox. The day after, I get the e-mail that i have to resubmit my application for treatment which I did. I then got an AI e-mail back that I had filled it out wrong. I wrote them, both on e-mail and in their contact box, several times asking them how to fill it out then, since I was a member but was waiting on my first prescription. No answer. I was prepared for the system to be flawed, but this is more like it's completely non-existing. I don't know when or if I will be able to start T with GenderGP now or if it's even worth it.

    Frustrated

I had my IGS over three weeks ago, the lady was lovely and she said she would write her report and I was told I would hear back in a weeks time, I payed my £15 for prescription and to date iv heard nothing. Iv tried to book a consultation to ask what’s going on, but it says no location available. Iv tried the (contact us option) but get no reply, There is no way of talking to anyone even when I m prepared to pay. It’s very frustrating, Im starting to think iv wasted my money. If the gender GP team read These please reply has I ’m now in two minds if I should continue paying my monthly subscription.

    What looks like scam texts

I need a full explanation of how to receive my first prescription as I’ve paid £15 to be referred. I’ve sent follow up forms to ask that they send me a full explanation on how to get this started (which the acceptance email actually told me I would receive straight after). However, I’ve just received what has the appearance of a scam text from ‘smartwatch pharmacy bee paid’ asking for £50. Please respond as I am not going to send money without a full explanation and want to start hormones as soon as possible. I was led to believe I would be paying the actual pharmacy for the hormones.

    thank you

there is a lot of difficulty in communicating and accessing links but I'm finally where I wanted to be after half a year and honestly it was worth sticking it out. The people I spoke to were always really friendly too :)

Wish I could leave 0 stars

Cannot get in contact with anybody unless it’s the 8 quid call. Even after booking one of these calls, I have not had any help. I need my prescription asap, sent off the application 2 weeks ago, and have heard sweet FA. If there was another affordable service I’d be leaving GenderGP immediately after their new system change
