Couples Interview
A lady with a laptop walking around signed us up for a couples interview. I had the reminder email but then the morning of when I clicked it, our booking information was gone. So we figured out where to go by asking around. When we made it to the location for the interview it seemed the media staff there were not aware that we were scheduled for anything so maybe we were in the wrong location all a long. They were running a bit behind but no worries because we had no where to be. They also said no problem, we can still interview you separately. Very kind people. Maybe some ironing out could help the processes but overall a great experience.
