To help us manage the effective booking of the new practice nets, please use the button above to book your session. Bookings are for a one hour session, and are for a single lane. At quiet periods, this can be extended to an additional hour, but please be considerate to other members that may wish to make a booking.Our team

The Premier Pitch provides an easy paced to medium quick track, with a consistency of bounce making it excellent for match practice for all age groups and abilities

The Test Match system provides a pitch on which the playing characteristics will alter with the climate and the compaction of the base. Like grass, the pitch will be faster in summer than early spring.

Instructions for Net Use
· Nets Must be prebooked using the online form.
· Bookings are for one hour slots only
· Booking can be made no more than one week in advance
· Nets to be stored closed and locked after use
· No Spikes to be used whilst netting
· All clips must be fastened prior to use
To Open Nets
· Three persons must be present to open the net
· Unlock padlock – code 1880
· Unclip brackets at side of the net
· Open front panel first pulling the handles towards you.
· Pull front panel and lock.
· One front panel is in place, then start from the back of the net, working forward
· Lock bottom bracket, lock top fixing,
· Ensure net is not caught in any locking systems
To Close Nets
· Nets must be closed and locked after each use
· Three persons must be present to close the net
· Work from the batting end
· Unlock top and bottom mechanism for each panel.
· Clear the centre net panel away from wheels
· Fold panel inwards and then push wheels towards the batting end of the net.
· Continue until folded.
· Lock padlock.
