This booking service is for Flu & Seasonal covid booster dose.

Before booking an appointment, please ensure you can answer NO to following questions:

Have you received a booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine in the last 6 months? Are you under 75? Taking Warfarin and your latest INR was higher than 3.5?

If you answer YES to any questions above, do not proceed with this booking and contact your GP practice.

**if you attend for a vaccine and do not meet the criteria of eligibility, you will be turned away**
